I specialize in delivering clean, polished, and timeless styles while maintaining the strength and longevity of your locs. Every appointment is designed with intention, precision, and care; ensuring you leave feeling confident, elevated, and truly Krownd! At Loc’d N KrownD we do not chase trends. We set standards. We protect the Krown. **PLEASE READ** -A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. -Grace Period & Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this window, a $65 late fee will be applied. Excessive lateness may result in appointment cancellation at the stylist’s discretion. -Service Time & Booking Accuracy Appointments are booked with precision timing. Please ensure you select the correct service when booking, as no additional services or add-ons can be accommodated during your appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. In order to respect both my time and other clients attempting to book, the following policy is strictly enforced: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service total and may require a new deposit before booking future appointments. • Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Clients arriving excessively late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. I do have a 10 minute grace period .After which your your retainer fee is void and you’ll have to pay a late fee of $65 . By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
